To buy, simply click "add to cart", and then when you are ready to pay, view your basket and pay easily and quickly via Paypal. Your items will be sent Recorded Delivery Non UK Buyers If you live outside the UK, you don't need to do anything different. Postage is the same as to the UK, but it isn't sent recorded delivery. If you would like recorded delivery, there is a button here that will cost you an extra £3.70 that you can add to your cart.  If recorded delivery is not purchased, I will not be responsible for replacing lost packages. Serious buyers only!	Q: I want to order more than one of an item, can I do this? A: If you look on a product description, it will tell you how many of those items are in stock. Q: I don't have a paypal account, can I still pay by credit/debit card? A: Yes, when paying, there will be an option that says "I don't have a Paypal account", and you will be able to pay with your credit or debit card. Q: Do you take cash? A: I can take cash, but it's entirely at your own risk. I cannot be held responsible for cash lost in the mail. I would advise that you got a paypal account. If you want to send cash, please message me via contact@dollymixx.com, and remember, I'm in the UK, and only take Pounds Sterling! Q: Can you create a custom piece for me? A: I am not currently accepting custom orders. Q. What are these "tokens" you have included in my package? A. The tokens can be collected every time you spend £20. You will recieve one token for every £20 you spend, which is worth £1 to redeem in the shop. Your totals will be tallied, so if you only spend £5 the first time, but you spend £15 the second time you shop here, you will still recieve one token. Your first token will come in a collecting bag, which you must send the tokens back in. You can send the tokens in at any time, they will count against your next order. You cannot redeem them on their own. Think of them like a discount voucher! Buying amount must be at least double the amount of tokens, i.e, you cannot simply buy a £1 charm with your token, you must buy items worth £2 and £1 will be refunded! Tokens are made from scrap clay and stamped. Please do not attempt to replicate them, as I will be keeping track of how many tokens each customer has. To send in your tokens, please email me first, and I will give you the address needed. The discount will be refunded after you've have paid with your next order! *Please note: as of 20th October 2009, tokens are no longer being sent out. However, any existing tokens you have may still be redeemed!*	Caring for Accessories Whilst all care is made to ensure that jewellery and accessories are strong and durable, as with any accessory, it is advised that you don't wear in situations where unecessary strain may be put on items, i.e. whilst playing sports, and in the shower. Charms and Beads are waterproof, but findings may rust under prolonged water exposure. Please treat items with care to ensure longer lifetime. Fimo charms are made well, but occasionally weaker parts, such as pieces which stick out from the main body of the piece, or head pins, may fall off. You can easily fix them with some superglue, or send them back for a repair. Packaging + Returns Accessories are packaged well, sometimes recycled to be more eco friendly! However, if items reach you in an unsatisfactory state, due to poor packaging, please send me a message via contact@dollymixx.com If items break on the first wear, please send me an email and I will either replace the item or reimburse you. Free repairs can be done in the first month since purchase. For a small fee I can repair them after this time, please email me. No refunds are given for items not liked, as all items are as pictured in photos. Items can be swapped for items in the shop up to the same value, providing that original items reach me in the same condition that they left me in, including packaging. Postage will be at your own expense. Please remember that handmade charms may vary from charm to charm, and may not always be perfect or exactly matching.
